Hey there, I'm Shane Boz Blackwell, a passionate real estate agent proudly associated with Joseph Carter Realty. Transitioning from a successful 14-year stint as a Regional Manager in a different industry, I made the bold decision to dive into the dynamic world of real estate – and let me tell you, it's been an exhilarating ride ever since.

2019 I married my beautiful wife Brandi, built a house, become a stepdad, grandpa and dad to Eli! It was a whirlwind and what I tell them all led to all my grey hair! 

I am a full time real estate agent and that allows me the freedom to be able to go preview a home that was just listed on the market for clients. Also being able to go see a home or property anytime during the day!
